The Saint Andrews Swim & Tennis Club offers fun in the sun for its members. Chartwell residents can reserve the clubhouse for their own personal (non-business) functions.

Update 1/6/10: Special Message concerning Proposed Amended Covenants.
Update 7/21/10: Unfortunately, we have had notarized approvals returned from owners of only 146 lots out of a potential 670+ lots. We need over 50% approval from the lot owners of each of our sections in order for the changes (including appointing the new architect) to take effect. Please assist us by printing, signing, and notarizing the "signature form" found on the linked page above.
