Special Message from the President

Residents are encouraged to return the signature page found in their copy of the Compass which was delivered on December 27, 2009. As noted in this and prior newsletters, each of the sections will continue to fall under the language of the "old" covenants until such time as a majority (>50%) of the existing residents approve the proposed revisions. For our residents' convenience we are 1) posting copies of both the proposed covenants and the signature page online for reference purposes and 2) Orhan Omer, a notary public, will be available from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 10 and 17, 2010.
