2.) Please print and fill out the CHARTWELL RESIDENT DIRECTORY FORM and then fold on the dotted lines, making sure that the return address is showing. Tape or staple the form, affix a stamp, and place it in the mail, or

3.) Drop it off at 471 Yorkshire Drive

Although all Chartwell residents' names will be included in the Chartwell Directory as listed in the Anne Arundel County public record, we are asking our residents to complete the form for accurate and complete information.
