The Directory Committee met mid August and is working feverishly to get the Directory published to you by January 2019! There are a couple of ways for you to get us your most current information:

1.) Please fill out the CHARTWELL RESIDENT DIRECTORY FORM, fold on the dotted lines making sure that the return address is showing. Tape or staple the form, affix a stamp and place in the mail. Alternatively, you can email us the completed form, or drop it off at 471 Yorkshire Drive or 414 St Ives Drive. You can also find this form on the back page of your Sept/Oct 2018 edition of your Chartwell Compass.

2.) Fill out the form on Survey Monkey. Please note that we have allowed 2 separate lines for the names, email addresses and phone numbers for both spouses/significant others.

Forms should be completed by Friday, October 12, 2018. If you don't get your form in the mail by that date, the Survey Monkey form will be available until 11:59pm on October 12.

The next Directory meeting is coming at soon; so it's not too late to get involved. Contact Marie Sokoloff for more details! Lastly, although all Chartwell residents' names will be included in the Chartwell Directory as listed in the Anne Arundel public record we are asking our residents to complete the form for accurate and complete information.
